Returns & Exchanges

At ESN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
